Our Story

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn!

Long before Board & Brie Charcuterie existed, my passion for food began in other people's kitchens.

Over the years, I had the opportunity to work alongside talented individuals in a variety of food and hospitality settings, learning not only how to prepare and present food, but how food has the power to create an experience. Those early lessons taught me the importance of hospitality, attention to detail, and making people feel welcome. What started as a creative outlet eventually grew into Board & Brie Charcuterie.

As friends and family began requesting boards for gatherings and celebrations, I realized I had found a way to combine my love of food, creativity, and hospitality into something truly meaningful. What began with a few boards quickly evolved into workshops, corporate events, community gatherings, client appreciation experiences, and custom grazing displays throughout Southwest Florida.

Today, Board & Brie Charcuterie proudly serves Charlotte, Lee, Sarasota Counties, and surrounding areas creating thoughtfully curated experiences for celebrations, corporate gatherings, workshops, and events of all kinds.
